Hi, I’m Malificent.

I spent years inside startups, where the job description is basically “figure it out.” It taught me to adapt fast, and it also burned me out on W-2 life.

So I went freelance. Now I help early-stage startups get their operations in order, and I coach women who want to build a freelance career without the guesswork. This blog is where I share what’s working, what isn’t, and what I wish someone had told me sooner.
