hey sis, pull up a chair

Come for the travel tips. Stay for the big sis advice.

Consultant. Founder. Perpetually on a plane. I publish what things actually cost, then tell you what I’d skip. No estimates, no “starting at”, no pretending a trip was cheaper than it was.

the short version

Hi, I’m Malificent.

I spent years inside startups, where the job description is basically “figure it out.” It taught me to adapt fast, and it also burned me out on W-2 life.

So I went freelance. Now I help early-stage startups get their operations in order, and I coach women who want to build a freelance career without the guesswork. This blog is where I share what’s working, what isn’t, and what I wish someone had told me sooner.

Want my help, not just my posts?
