A Deep Dive into my skin routine
So to begin, obviously for a booked and busy babe you want to look like you’re NOT. You’re probably asking what the hell are you talking about. I’m talking still booking those hours but getting that rejuvenated and rested looks that most gals pine for. Here’s my running list of helpful:
Take your vitamins sis – I personally really like to take Magnesium Zinc to help me get the most rest a possible, especially before a busy work week!
hyaluronic acid serums are my best friend and they should be your best friend too: My skin has THRIVED with the right hyaluronic acid serum, it makes your face plump and healthy looking – talk about aging backwards over 1 night (JK). But for real if you want that rested look it will definitely help!
Sleeping masks aren’t just for a great night’s sleep – sleeping mask can also preserve skin around your eyes, making them look more refreshed and protect your under eyes from dryness
Lastly, making sure you get over 8 hours of sleep – is pretty critical here. This will help you maintain healthy skin and prevent hormonal or sleep related breakouts ( or lack of there of)
